1.1. You must not use the forum for advertise, exchanging or requesting money.
1.2. You may use the forums completely when you have an account and are logged in.
1.3. You must respect other visitors/members/BuxOffice moderators and staff while using our services.
1.4. You may not be racist/sexist or abusive to our members.
1.5.You must not use the forum for promotional activities like advertising or referral building or for posting referral/affiliate links,if we found then your account will be banned.
1.6. You have the right to express yourself, without offending any other users.

2.1. You are only allowed to have one account. If you are caught creating more, all of your accounts will be suspended.
2.2. Accounts are completely non-transferrable meaning they cannot be sold or given to other persons
2.4. Your e-mail/payment e-mail will not be shown, givin or sold to any third party.
2.5. Your account will never be modified unless requested.
2.6. If you ever lose your password, you are able to request a new one with our reset password function.

3.1. You can only have a specific amount of direct referrals depending on your membership.
3.2. Referrals from the same IP are not allowed.
3.3. Any spamming will cause your account to be suspended.
3.4.You only earn from your direct referrals.
3.5. You can only buy referrals according to server time and when they are available.
3.6 We do not accept more then 25% direct referral from asia other have 45%.For example you are from china,india,bangladesh,etc. and in your total referral have more then 25% referral from same country then you are not eligble for payment,Same rule will be applied for other country to but they have limit of 45% !
3.7. You are not able to change your upline.
3.8. Referrals are rented for a specific period of time. When the time is over, they will be removed from your account.

4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into our system will be banned/suspended.
4.2. If you tried to hack us, we will terminate your account, and you will not be able to register again.
4.3. If your account is terminated, we may decide to pursue further action.

5.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay/PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
5.2. All your purchased items will be added to your account instantly. If not you can send us a support ticket.
5.3. The minimum amount you can request to cashout is $2.
5.4. You may only request one payment at a time.
5.5. All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault.
5.6. We will pay to the payment address on your account.
5.7. We can decline any payments of user suspected of cheating.

6.1. We do not accept advertisements that are illegal or contain framebreakers.
6.2. We have the right to deny any advertisements which we do not see fit in our website.
6.3. You will only be credited once per 24 hours for each advertisement.

7.1. You may pay using the methods provided.
7.2. You will not receive any refunds.
7.3. Payments are confirmed using IPN.

7.5. Any attempts to chargeback or refund will end with your account suspension.

8.1. We reserve the right to suspend any account for a valid reason including the violation of our terms of service.
8.2.Accounts will be deleted with all records of them.
8.3. We will keep certain information to idenify cheating accounts that are suspended.
8.4. If you are inactive for over 30 days, your account will be deleted.

9.1. BuxOffice will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
9.2. BuxOffice reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice.
9.3. We will not be held responsible for anything out of our control. This includes anything cause by our users, host, or service providers.
